Get to Know Me

Growing up, I had a front-row seat to the ups and downs of the real estate world. My parents’ experiences served as my initial education in the field. I observed how some short-term investments failed to yield positive results, while others, which they held onto for the long term, significantly impacted their financial future and quality of life. It was all about timing the market and not making decisions too hastily. I recognized the potential to build long-term wealth through property investment, and their experience inspired me to learn more about real estate investing.
 
After graduating from high school in Las Vegas, I moved to Nashville and began taking business courses in college with the intent of becoming a real estate investor. The only problem was that I was a broke college student with no money to invest. At a career fair, I connected with a real estate brokerage that convinced me to get my license in 2019. I figured that was the best way to learn about real estate investing while also earning money to invest.
 
I quickly learned that running a real estate business was not quick or easy money like I originally thought. To make ends meet while growing my business, I began driving for Uber all over Middle Tennessee. Since I didn’t grow up here, Uber gave me a detailed education of the neighborhoods and communities throughout the area.
 
I also picked up a third job working at a five-star restaurant downtown, where I learned the complexities of service at the highest level. That “white glove” reputation has played a significant role in how I run my business and why I strive so hard to deliver five-star service to all my clients today.
 
Although I was associated with a real estate brokerage, I didn’t have a mentor at the time; I was inexperienced, terrified of dealing with clients, and unsure of how to prove my value. After three years of feeling isolated and without proper guidance, I switched brokerages and joined a team, which turned out to be a great move. My new team held me accountable daily and taught me all about the business. I had a broker I could consult at any point and a team to brainstorm solutions to different scenarios.
 
I learned so much and eventually became one of the top agents after just two years there. I was thriving, and when some great agents left the team, it inspired me to go back out as a solo agent. That was one of the best decisions I could have made. Now, I can run my business exactly how I want to, using all the skills and knowledge the team taught me. I also get to enjoy a flexible schedule, which I take full advantage of. In my free time, I love exploring Nashville’s music scene, trying new restaurants, and staying active.
 
Looking back, I valued the supportive community and camaraderie I found as a Boy Scout growing up. Today, I find similar fulfillment in mentoring new agents, guiding them as they navigate the challenges of the real estate industry. Those first few years can be incredibly tough, so I strive to share as much knowledge as I can.

Real estate isn’t just about making money—it’s about making a meaningful difference in people’s lives by helping them secure a home they’ll live in every day, create lifelong memories in, and use to build lasting wealth.

To maintain a high standard of quality, I’ve curated a fantastic network of industry professionals to assist with every facet of the home-buying process—from lenders and inspectors to handymen and contractors. This is a list I’ve built over the years with people I would personally work with; in a way, they are an extension of me. This network ensures my clients have only the best, supporting them on their journey.
